  • Each person may register only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
  • The mobile number or email provided at registration must be verified.
  • As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID card or passport.
  • Account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal. Funds cannot be withdrawn from unverified accounts.

Additional Terms & Conditions

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Livescore:

  • Creating multiple accounts to collect bonuses.
  • Operating an account under another person's name or identity.
  • Placing bets on match-fixed or pre-determined outcomes.
  • Using software or bots for automated betting.
  • Account hacking or cyber attacks on the platform.
  • Money laundering or any unlawful financial transactions.
  • Harassing or threatening Livescore staff.

Any of the above violations will result in immediate account closure and legal action where necessary.

Livescore may close or restrict an account under the following circumstances:

  • If evidence of Terms & Conditions violations is found.
  • If required verification documents are not submitted.
  • If you have submitted a self-exclusion request under our Responsible Betting policy.
  • In compliance with regulatory authority guidelines.
  • If the user requests to close their own account.

Upon account closure, any remaining balance (if legitimate) will be refunded. However, bonus funds may be forfeited.

Livescore is not responsible for the following:

  • If a bet is cancelled or missed due to internet connectivity issues.
  • Due to delays from third-party payment gateways.
  • If account credentials are compromised due to the user's own negligence.
  • If a sports event is cancelled or postponed.
  • If betting is disrupted due to an unexpected technical error.
